basic gelato CLASS
This course will teach both theories and practical. Leaners have to
learn about the origins and history of gelato in Italian culture,
a structure of ingredients and how to mix it together, how to use
the equipment and tools which will be a basis for a learner to adjust
and adapt their own recipe in the future. Moreover, a learner will have
a chance of making gelato sorbet in a real Italian style including 4 flavors!
