VANIGLIA BOURBON
Bourbon Vanilla paste with a straw yellow colour, containing vanilla powder.
VANIGLIA BOURBON NATUR (Vanilla)
100% natural Bourbon vanilla with a light yellow colour and a delicate taste featuring floral notes and hints of cocoa. Contains powdered vanilla.
ZABAGLIONE P
High dosage paste, suitable for ice creams and pastries, with the characteristic Zabaione flavour.
GRAN NOCCIOLA (Hazelnut)
Grande Classico Montebianco. Hazelnut-colour liquid paste with characteristic of hazelnut flavour (blend of Italian hazelnuts).
NOCCIOLA GRAN GUSTO (Hazelnut)
Made from toasted hazelnuts. The colour of the ice cream will be slightly darker and its taste more intense.
VARIEGATO AMARENA (Bitter cherry)
Arranged to add flavour to the gelato as soon as it leaves the mixer, they enrich it with all the flavour of fruit pieces.
VARIEGATO ARANCIA (Orange)
Arranged to add flavor to the gelato as soon as it leaves the mixer, they enrich it with all the flavor of fruit pieces.
